- If you are unwell (especially with anything infectious such as the flu, covid or norovirus) CANCEL your appointment, please give 24hrs notice or cancellation policy will apply.

- During therapies where we are in close proximity such as facials, I will continue to wear a face mask.

- If you wish for me to wear a face mask at any other times please just let me know. I am happy to do so.

- I will continue to follow all my policies, procedures, risk assessments and any government guidelines for BEST practice.

- As always I will follow the FHT's Code of Practice for Complementary Therapists.

- I will continue to do the best I can to ensure that you feel SAFE and COMFORTABLE during your visit.
