Due to a high volume of spam calls I will only respond to missed calls if a voicemail has been left.
All clients are responsible for remembering their own appointments. Make a note, put it on your calendar, whatever works best for you. Automated booking reminders are sent only as a courtesy, you must not rely solely on the reminder service. Computer glitches occasionally happen and I do not take responsibility for forgotten appointments because of this, the cancellation policy will still apply in these circumstances.
