ALL NEW clients must receive a short phone call before their appointment will be confirmed. This is to ensure that the chosen treatment is suitable for you.

- To secure an appointment using the online booking system, you will need to enter your credit card information into the secure system. Please note: your card will not be charged at the time of booking. Payment in full is still necessary at the time of your appointment, cash and card are accepted payment methods.
- If you have a GIFT VOUCHER (either digital or paper) you can still book online in the manner above, your card will not be charged.
Other ways to book:
- Connect via the contacts page, text, whatsapp, social media or email. We can then arrange a phone call to get you booked in.
- If you are a regular client it is still possible to book in person during your visit.
- If you book in these ways you may be required to pay a 50% non refundable deposit to secure an appointment.

PLEASE REMEMBER:
- All clients are responsible for remembering their own appointments. Make a note, put it on your calendar, whatever works best for you. Automated booking reminders are sent only as a courtesy, you must not rely solely on the reminder service. Computer glitches occasionally happen and I do not take responsibility for forgotten appointments because of this, the cancellation policy will still apply in these circumstances.
